- Game Master's Banner Exchange reserves the right to verify the placement and accuracy of our HTML code.
- You may only show one banner per page.
- The main content of all member sites must be games or entertainment related.
- The use of Meta refresh coding or timed rotation of our banners is not permitted.
- Any methods of falsely inflating the number of ad views or clicks are expressly forbidden.
- Game Master's Banner Exchange reserves the right to refuse membership to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
- All participating sites must be in English, non-English sites will not be accepted.
- You are not allowed to submit:
- Banners containing pornographic material.
- Banners containing nudity or suggestive figures.
- Banners containing illegal activities or racism.
- Banners providing instructions or discussions on performing illegal activities.
- Banners engaged in libelous or harassing activities.
- Banners that promote or utilize software or services, designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail.
- Banners which are not game
or entertainment related.
- The following types of sites are not allowed:
- Sites containing pornographic materials.
- Sites with links to pornographic sites.
- Sites encouraging illegal activities or racism.
- Sites providing instructions or discussions on performing illegal activities.
- Sites engaged in libelous or harassing activities.
- Sites that promote or utilize software or services, designed to deliver unsolicited e-mail.
- Sites that are otherwise inappropriate.
- Sites which are not game
or entertainment related.
- Game Master's Banner Exchange will cancel the membership of any member who violates any of the above terms.
- We reserve the right to change/add/alter the Terms of Service at anytime.
